^[[checkmark]] April 26th., 1932. Dear Mr. Blumenthal: Following the correspondence I have had with you and Mr. Jay about holding an exhibition in Paris of paintings by American artists for the benefit of the American Hospital, I regret to say that due to present economic conditions I have decided to postpone same. I wish to take advantage of these lines to thank you again for the kind interest you and Mr. Jay have taken in this proposition and I hope that it won't be long before I can again take up this projected artistic manifestation. Believe me to be, Yours very sincerely, (Germain Séligmann) George Blumenthal, Esq., 50 East 70th. Street, New York, New York.
