George Blumenthal, Esq.,
50 East 70th Street,
New York City,

Dear Sir:

In reference to the sundry objets de vitrine, which arrived recently from Paris for you, and in order to avoid the making out of a new consular invoice and other inconveniences, we have entered these works of art as "household effects", and we would thank you if you would kindly sign and return to us the enclosed declaration.

On filing of the same we shall obtain delivery of the case containing the objects.

Very truly yours,
