My dear Mr. Bonnier:

We have communicated your letter of June 25th, to Mr. Seligman who is now in Europe. He is pleased to accept your suggestion of payment before November 1st and we are taking the liberty of attaching our invoice now so that you may see our notation on this subject. Meanwhile, the Seurat drawing will be in readiness for you at the Gallery and according to whatever instructions you may wish to give us, we will either hold it here for you or deliver it to you personally at 605 Madison Avenue.

Conveying Mr. Seligman's best wishes to you for a pleasant homeward trip,

Yours very sincerely,

(Mrs. T.D. Parker)
