Dear Mr. Brown:

[[underlined]] Regarding the 22 paintings picked up at our gallery and for which you are awaiting instructions [[/underlined]].

The American Federation of Arts, 1262 New Hampshire Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C., will assume custody of the above indicated group of paintings about [[underlined]] August 1st [[/underlined]].

They have just informed us that they are instructing their representative here, W. S. BUDWORTH and Son, to take delivery of the twenty-two paintings at the beginning of August, and we in turn are advising Budworth that the pictures are at your premises and will be turned over to them by you then, upon presentation of a receipt. Will you kindly act accordingly?

As our gallery will most probably be closed at the beginning of August, we would appreciate your acknowledgement of this letter, and if there are any questions allow us to clear them up now?

Yours very sincerely,

Mrs. T. D. Parker
