13th October 1953

Dear Sir,

I have only just returned from my holiday, which accounts for my failure to answer your letter of September 19th. I am intending to publish your letter as it now stands. I cannot see exactly in which issue it will appear, as the length of my correspondence columns has to depend on space available in each issue, and this is a matter I can only decide at the last moment. But I can assure you it will appear in one of the very next issues. You shall receive six copies of the magazine in which the letter appears.

Yours sincerely,
