Dear Miss Busiel:

Since last I heard from you I have been trying very hard to find further pictures which you might be interested in for your town and country home. I have also been trying to locate a figure similar to the marvelous Buddha we saw together at the Metropolitan Museum, but as you yourself know, this is not an easy task. As a matter of fact, I recently wrote to Paris to see if any could be found abroad, and I am awaiting a reply.

Regarding the pictures, I have been able to locate a few more, again in the category that you described to me. Some of these pictures are very large, and I think would do admirably.

May I ask, if you don't mind, that you look through the enclosed group with the descriptions which I am appending herewith, to see once more, if any of them interest you; and if not, I should appreciate your returning the photographs to me.

I meant to tell you that your secretary forwarded the last batch to me, and they were received in good shape.

The chances of our going south grow slimmer and slimmer, but one can never tell until the last minute.

With cordial greetings, and best wishes,

Believe me to be

Yours sincerely,

(Robert M. Levy)
