standard because they were required to do it. They preferred to take a higher one.

I am not an expert in these tests, nor am I a psychologist by any means, but I have been informed that this general classification test that is taken gives a fair indication -- and although in my own opinion I don't know how true it is, I have been told that it is consistent and stays that way and that the man's general aptitude as expressed with the classification test is not going change due to training.

Now, we have given these members of the steward branch that were accepted under a very much lower classification test who are able to qualify a chance to change their rating and those that have succeeded in changing their ratings are those who went into steward branch with a higher score than the minimum required. I doo not know,  but the experts advise me that that should not cut the AGCT any lower than necessary.
