I see a plant that is called the Artemisia Teruisecta Affinis. It is found in the United States. Second Note: The script here is Cyrillic and you can see CCCP which is in English the USSR. In the printed form you can also see the Cyrillic for Tadshikistan or modern Tajikistan.
