Flyer's Evening Out: Top airman Col. Benjamin O. Davis, Jr. and his wife, Agatha, were among the 500 guests attending the Links annual cotillion in Los Angeles. They are on the west coast pending his departure for a Korea assignment.

TRAVELOGUE Chicago's famous allergist, Dr. Charles Jenkins and his wife, the lovely Vivian, are vacationing in Acapulco and Mexico City. In the latter playground they are guests of his brother. Dr. Alvah Jenkins of Englewood, New Jersey, who married a Mexican beauty and now is the father of a baby girl . . . The Shelby County Dental Auxiliary of Memphis will show the $50,000 collection of curios accumulated by Capt. and Mrs. Thomas Bailey on their travels in England, France, Italy, Germany, and Czechoslovakia. The show includes more than 300 pieces . . . The Warren Collies are back in West Palm Beach, having completed one of their monthly trips North. They virtually commute to New York, and at one time the Doctor even tried practicing dentistry in both West Palm Beach and St. Albans, Long Island . . . Nanie Day Bruner, the Tulsa, Okla., schoolmarm, is laying a solid foundation for her retirement in Mexico. She has spent three summers south of the border, is learn- the language, and regularly pen-pals with teachers in Mexico.
