Problem: High cost and undependable deliveries of European goods.
Solution: To make an American fabric that looks every bit as good as the European. So you get fashion and convenience at a reasonable price. And in a rainbow of colors, too.
100% cotton velvet, from our Cavel Division. One of the many firsts we provide for the vast textile industry. Everything from pre-pasted fabric backed wallcoverings to cotton velvet.

DRESSING TO A "T"
Did you know that A Chorus Line has an official T-shirt -- and you don't have to be a member of the cast or even Equity to wear it. Same goes for Pippin, Guys and Dolls, Magic Show and over 30 other theatrical attractions. (Even Playbill has a T-shirt of its own.) ... Until Nov. 27, all these classy "Broadway designs" will be on display and for sale at the T-Shirt Gallery, 154 E. 64th. Most shirts sell for $6 or $7 and a share of the profit goes to the Theatre Development Fund....A stack of B'way T-shirts might be the perfect way to shrink an oversized Christmas list.
