Since my return from France I have been asked so many questions about the American Ambulance at Neuilly and about my unit, that it seemed to me [[strikethrough]] that [[/strikethrough]] some description of our work might be of interest to the public.

Everyone knows how the Lycée Pasteur at Neuilly, at the time an unfinished boy's school, was converted into a hospital, under the name of the American Ambulance and how - with Dr Du Bouchet as Chief Surgeon and Military Head and with a Committee of Americans to attend to the execution, and a staff of American surgeons and doctors [[strikethrough]] who are [[/strikethrough]] well known to the public - the hospital immediately won for itself
