B. Candidates for the Presidency named by the Nominating Committee should be selected from the membership of the Board of Directors, either current or a previous Board. C. The retiring President will become the Chairman of the Air Force Wives Coordinating Council for the Tokyo Metropolitan area. In the event of her departure, the Honorary President and the elected President will select her replacement. VI. The positions of Coordinators (see By-Laws, Article IV, Section I, c) should be alternated at least once a year. Coordinators should, when possible, volunteer for the position in which they have the greatest interest; but should remember that they are working to assist the President, and to advise and coordinate, but not to direct, the activities. They are directly responsible to the elected President and/or the Honorary President. VII. A. Each Committee Chairman shall make duplicate copies of her monthly report, one for the Recording Secretary and one for her own notebook. Her six months report, prior to a change in administration, shall be in triplicate, the third copy to be given to the President. Her own notebook shall be turned over to her successor. B. Any Committee Chairman will carry on until her replacement has been trained following a change of administration. VIII. The Recording Secretary will keep a master file of copies of all monthly reports of all Committee Chairman and the Treasurer. After two years all monthly reports shall be reviewed by the President, the Recording Secretary and the Parliamentarian, and a resume made for a composite report at the beginning of the administration then in office. IX. A. The Assistant Treasurer shall be responsible for the purchase of identical looseleaf notebooks, with paper, to be given to each Committee Chairman. B. Membership cards will be printed in a different color for each administration, to be valid only when they have been signed by the Treasurer. X. The Program Chairman shall be responsible for the programs from June through November, and from December through May. 4
