I certify that I, to be known herein as "Landlord", (am the owner), (or authorized agent of the owner, see certificate of authority attached), of the dwelling or apartment registered in the name of [[handwritten]]J. Kurlyandsky[[/handwritten]] (Owner), and located at [[handwritten]]440, Seijo machi[[/handwritten]], and that my address is [[handwritten]]563, 3 chome Shino Meguro[[/handwritten]], (Agent) (Owner) in the city of [[handwritten]]Tokyo[[/handwritten]]. The record of title of this property is filed in [[handwritten]]Seijo machi Setagayaku[[/handwritten]](Book) (Prefecture). Property is valued in the amount of [[handwritten]]¥3.000.000.00[[/handwritten]], and taxes on this property are paid at [[handwritten]]Seijo machi Setagayaku[[/handwritten]].

The dwelling or apartment and appurtenances thereto, are described as follows (give a brief description of the dwelling or apartment to include the number and size of the rooms, physical facilities, household equipment, source of water supply, method of heating, sewage disposal methods or facilities, and any other details to be included in the agreement): [[handwritten]]6 room house. 1. That this agreement is not binding on the tenant until approved by your headquarters.

2. That this agreement or any contract resulting therefrom may be terminated upon written notice to me by the tenant at my address as stated above, without recourse, under any of the following conditions:

     a. Should the tenant be directed to occupy U.S. Government Quarters.
