Landlord's Agreement (Cont'd) B. should the tenant be directed to move to any station or place located outside the City of Tokyo. C. Should the dwelling or apartment become untenable as the result of Fire or "Acts of Nature". d. Should the tenant desire to move to a better dwelling or abode which will mean a monetary saving to him or be nearer to his place of duty. 3. That I will enter into no further negotiations concerning the rental of this dwelling or apartment to others from the date of this agreement for a reasonable period of time to allow the tenant an opportunity to complete the necessary processing of an application to enter into the rental contract contemplated by this agreement. 4. I will allow the authorized representative of the appropriate United States Government Commander to enter my dwelling or apartment at reasonable hours as required for the purpose of making safety, sanitation and structural inspection, and for performance of the Insect and Rodent Control services necessary in the elimination of health hazards, a such as rodents, mosquitoes, etc., prior to and during the term of rental contract. I will not hold the United States Government and/or its agents liable to any losses and damages incurred in connection with these inspections and services. 5. That I understand that this contract constitutes no commitment on the Part of the U.S. Government or its agents other than the tenant who is acting as an independent agent, and that I will save harmless the U.S. Government and its agents, other than the tenant, from any responsibility, claim, loss or liability in connection with this agreement or any contract resulting therefrom.
