We have inspected the premises located at ^[[440, Seijo-machi, Setagaya-ku]] in the city of Tokyo described in a Landlord's Agreement made by ^[[J. Kurlyandsky]] in connection with an application for the permission to enter into a private rental agreement submitted by ^[[Col. Davis, Benjamin]]. 2. We find that the premises are substantially as presented in the Landlord's Agreement, with the following exceptions as indicated in paragraph 3,4 and 5 below. 3.
