Taipei International Women's Club and may designate anyone needed to act in her place.  She shall be ex officio member of all departments and committees except the Committee on Nominations.  Her duties shall be:
1.  To preside at all meetings of the Taipei International Women's Club and at all meetings of the Executive Committee.
2.  To supervise plans for extending, unifying and rendering more efficient the work of the Taipei International Women's Club.
3.  To approve all programs of work.
4.  To approve all bills before payment.
5.  To approve all correspondence written in the name of the Taipei International Women's Club.
6.  To appoint a Committee on Nominations at the yearly April meeting and a teller for the election of officers at the annual meeting.
b.  First Vice President:  The First Vice President, in the absence of the President, shall perform the duties of the President.  She shall be the Project Chairman in charge of all philanthropic work and may request a committee to aid her in carrying out her work.  She shall render a formal report at the annual meeting, and at any other time when requested by the President or any three members of the Executive Committee.  
c.  Second Vice President:  The Second Vice President, in the absence of the President and the First Vice President, shall perform the duties of the President.  She shall be responsible for programs presented at the general meeting. 
d. Recording Secretary:  The Recording Secretary shall keep a record of the proceedings of all general meetings of the Taipei International Women's Club and of all meetings of the Executive Committee.  She shall deliver to her successor, within one month after her term of office expires, all papers of the Taipei International Women's Club in her custody.
e.  Treasurer:  The Treasurer shall hold and disburse, upon approval of the President, all funds of the Taipei International Women's Club and shall maintain a membership list.  She shall submit a full report to every meeting of the Executive Committee and at any other time when requested by the President or any there members of the Executive Committee.  She shall render an audited report to the annual meeting.  She shall deliver to her successor, within one month after the expiration of her term of office, all money, vouchers, books and papers of the Taipei International Women's Club in her custody.
f.  Corresponding Secretary:  The Corresponding Secretary shall answer all letters directed to the Taipei International Women's Club (with the exception of those letters pertaining to philanthropic projects), secure the approval of the President, and maintain a file of all correspondence.  She shall be responsible for notifying members of all general meeting and for notifying members of he Executive Committee of all meeting of that committee.  She shall deliver to her successor, within one month after her term of office expires, all papers of the Taipei International Women's Club in her custody.
g.  Activity Chairman:  The Activity Chairman shall be responsible for all special activities desired by the membership, and may appoint sub-chairmen as necessary.  She shall render a brief report at each general meeting and shall deliver to her successor, with on one month after the expiration of her term of office, all papers of the Taipei International Women's Club in her custody.
h.  Publicity Chairman:  The Publicity Chairman shall be responsible for publicity on all matters of public interest that pertain to the activities of the Taipei International Women's Club.
