A technical correction restored the amount requested for Instrumentation at SAO and Institutional information systems. Further study is necessary to determine if reprogrammings would reinstate other high-priority infrastructure teams. [[underlined]] FIVE-YEAR PROSPECTUS, FISCAL YEARS 1991-1995 [[/underlined]] In November, Institutional management canvased the Regents for comments, improvements, and preliminary approval of the draft [[underlined]] Prospectus [[/underlined]] distributed in September. The final draft presented to the Regents at this meeting included figures from the Institution's fiscal year 1991 budget request to Congress. It was VOTED that the Board of Regents approves proceeding with publication of the [[underlined]] Five-Year Prospectus, Fiscal Years 1991-1995 [[/underlined]], anticipating that annual revisions will be presented for its approval.
