'MOTHER TUSCH' TO CATALOG HER AVIATION EXHIBIT

BERKELEY, May 6, - Mrs. C. A. "Mother" Tusch, who turned over her collection of aviation souvenirs and relics to the Smithsonian Institution at Washington, D.C., will fly there tonight to help catalog it.

She will be accompanied by her daughter, Mrs. Irene Reece. Leaving from the Oakland Airport at 11:45 p.m., they plan to stay in Washington several months.

Mrs. Tusch gave the aviation relics to the institution after she sold her museum-home at 2211 Union Street, known as "The Hangar," to the University of California. It will be torn down by the university in the near future.

The aviation mementoes were presented to Mrs. Tusch by flyers of both world wars and other aviators, who used "The Hangar" as a meeting place.
