When Mr. and Mrs. Wiseman alighted they were surrounded by a large number of friends and residents of Santa Rosa. Every one in the vast throng desired to shake Wiseman's hand and express appreciation of his efforts, and to say words of appreciation to Mrs. Wiseman. It was with some difficulty that the young aviator could be gotten through the crowd and to the automobile of Mayor James R. Edwards, which was to lead the procession which went triumphantly up Fourth street. In this auto were Mr. and Mrs. Wiseman, Mayor Edwards and Wilson Peterson. Six other autoes followed the lead, in one of which were crowded the mechinicians Do[[text missing]] Prentiss, Archie Prentiss, Bob Sc[[text missing]]fer and A. Cooper.  The other [[text missing]]

On Saturday and Sunday, [[text missing]] will participate in flights with James Radley, the English aviator, and expects to return to Petaluma about Monday of next week. Wiseman intends during that week to fly from Petaluma to Santa Rosa, and have breakfast here. Fred J. Bertolani of the Bismarck restaurant, has promised Wiseman the best breakfast that can be served at his establishment on this occasion, and champagne will be none too good for the aviator if he desires it. Radley intends giving his assistance to Wiseman in his proposed flight between the Sonoma county cities.

Wiseman has signed a contract with Radley to remain with the latter during his stay on the coast before he returns to England. A number of meets [[text missing]] be arranged for this pair during [[text missing]] coming few weeks.
