Plenty of deer and coyote bobcat and porcupine tracks seen but no trace of bears.

Evidently they have hibernated in the many caves and caverns or under the huge boulders of the canyons and gulches and cliffs and ridges of this rugged slope.

Gave it up and came back to the car and back to Fallon in evening after two hard days work and a climb from Lower Sonoran to Canadian zone
