who being duly sworn, made oath, that they would make a just and true appraisement of all and singular, the goods and chattels of the said Hugh Milling, deceased, as shall be produced by John Milling and Richard Nason, Executors, of the estate of the said deceased, and that they would return the same certified under their hand, unto the said John Milling and Richard Nason on or before the second Monday of August next.
