3 day supplies for 6 to 9 squadrons, engine, armament, radio and photographic repairs (replacements only) no airplane repair.
No flying field, salvage of planes and motors.

Air Depots

30 days supply, 30 to 54 squadrons spare parts, engines, ammunition, armament, radio, tools, special clothing and general supplies. 
No engine work. Flying field required. Airplane repair and salvage. Installing engines in planes.

A. Production
Overhaul engines, rebuild engines, assemble American Planes.

B. Storage
Spare parts and complete engines, general supplies.
