In addition, many factories manufacture accessories. Some of these are:
(1) The Okamoto bicycle and motor car factory, Ltd., at Nagoya, manufacturers of aviation wheels.
(2) Nippon Gakki Seiso Kaisha, Ltd., musical instrument factory, who make wooden veneer for airplanes and airplane propellers.
(3)Fugikura Electric Wire Factory, Ltd., Tokyo, manufacturers of rubber fabrics. All balloon envelopes are made here. They have also made a small non-rigid airship. The work done is very good.
(4) Nippon Seima Kaisha, Tokyo, cloth manufacturers, who make airplane linens and fabrics.
(5) Sumitomo Goshi Kaishi Shinso Sho, Osaka, metal factory. This organization makes various alloys and light metals for airplane use. Recently it has specialized in duralumin.
76. In addition to these there are many factories, machine shops, and manufacturing plants, scattered around Japan which can be quickly converted to aircraft uses.
