Meet the Grand Basileus,
MRS. ISABEL MORGAN HERSON
of Baton Rouge, Louisiana

She was the Director of Student Teaching, Principal of University Laboratory School.  Presently: Profession of Education and Head of the Department of Elementary Education, Southern University.  Served as Consultant for the proposal of the Junior High School Program, Southern University Laboratory School.  Directed and recommended the study and procedure for the addition of a degree program in Early Childhood Education to the Curriculum of Elementary Education, Southern University.

Her affiliations are National Association of College Women, League of Women Voters, N.A.A.C.P., National Council of Negro Women Natinal Association of School Administrations, Member of the Board of Directors of Arthritis Foundation, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, National Education Association, National Association of School Administrators, National Thespian Society, Past Vice President of National Pan-Hellenic, Director of Stewardship and Finance for the Methodist Church, Vice President and Chairman of Social Relations for Women's Society of Christian Service, Secretary-Treasurer of Methodist Church Trustee Board.
