Dallas, Texas Local 104 is planning for the 1972 National Convention with the idea that 

A special family plan is offered for children 15 years and under, when occupying the same room as parents. The special room rates become effective three days prior to the convention and remain in effect for three days following the close of the convention. There will be free inside parking for all registered
