The Kappa Omicron Fraternity House is located at 528 West 150th Street, Manhattan.

Kappa Omicron Chapter, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in its almost twenty years of existence has established an enviable record for all other Omega Chapters and other Greek organization to strive for. Kappa Omicron's latest achievement was as sponsor of the Schomberg Plaza Housing Development, 110th Street and 5th Avenue. Other notable acts have been the Annual Scholarship Awards, many Social Action programs and the sponsorship of the Martin Luther King Glee Club, led by Dr. Alphonso Patterson, a member of the Chapter. In the Good Citizen Program the Chapter is a member of the 150th Street Block Association and is directing seminars on housing, politics, etc. for the citizens on the Block. The seminars are led by the professional members of Kappa Omicron.

On the social side the Chapter sponsors the annual Omega Show Boat, the first Friday in August, A Night at Yonkers, an Achievement Week Dinner-Dance, and an annual overseas charter — this year's trip will be to Mexico City and Acapulco.

Kappa Omicron is only one of the Omega's many chapters, totaling over three hundred ninety in the United States and abroad. In the Second District, of which Kappa Omicron is a member, there are over sixty chapters. The Second District will hold its 27th Conference May 16-18 at the New York Hilton. Kappa Omicron will host the Conference. Scholarships totaling $25,000 will be awarded.
