SAG HARBOR -- A Place in the EAST HAMPTON Sun Its residents are mainly black New Yorkers of moderate to high income, professionals and civil servants, retirees as well as grandchildren of original owners. Their homesites are found primarily in five private developments on both sides of Route 114 in the easternmost part of Sag Harbor village, which is largely populated by whites. The five private homesites are namely A[?]rest, Sag Harbor Hills, Ninevah Beach, Ch[[ester??]]field Hills and the latest, Hillcrest Terrace.
