Now, the original problem was concocted like Orson Weins concocted the myth of George Washington and the cherry tree around the 1660's. When the founding mothers and fathers, I never like to leave the mothers out, got together and made the decision that somebody is going to have to work to get this down and out organized/unorganized colony off the ground. We are not going to make it unless somebody works for nothing. So they said if we put somebody to work for nothing we have got to have a reason for it. In other words, somebody had to give the President of the United States a reason to neglect blacks. So some opportunistic, white sociologist came up with a half-baked theory called "beneign [[benign]] neglect," namely; black people were so bad off that there is no way to help them so do not give them anything. Do not help them help themselves. We always need a social policy in force in order to do whatever we need to do, to cover what we are doing. So they said we need somebody to work for nothing.

Later on, Thomas Jefferson offered any European nation free landsite in American for obligation. They looked down on America so badly that not one European nation would accept a free landsite. They did not want to have anything to do with these down and out ignorant, uncivilized white people in
