Museums Collaborative and the Commission on Museums for a New Century.

GEORGE WEISSMAN, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris Inc., is a graduate of City College of New York. He served as Chairman of the Board of Philip Morris International and assumed his present position in 1978. He is a member of the board of trustees of the Whitney Museum of American Art, and a trustee of the Baruch College Fund. He also serves on the boards of Chemical Bank New York Corporation and Avnet, Inc.

The 1982 Jackie Robinson Foundation Awards Dinner will feature Charles F. Luce as Dinner Chairman and Bill Cosby as Master of Ceremonies. Lionel Hampton and his orchestra will provide the musical entertainment.

CHARLES F. LUCE, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., received his LLB from the University of Wisconsin Law School and held a Sterling Fellowship at Yale Law School. He served as law clerk to Mr. Justice Hugo L. Black for the Supreme Court term of 1943-44. In 1962, after 15 years in the private practice of law, Mr. Luce was appointed Bonneville Power Administrator by Interior Secretary Steward L. Udall. In 1966, President Lyndon Johnson appointed Mr. Luce Under Secretary of the Interior, and in August 1967, Mr.
