HARMONY
"Harmony" took place Saturday, May 18, 1985 at the Chicago Downtown Marriott.
The fashion show extravaganza was produced by Anne Palmer-Moss Productions, and sponsored by Avon for the benefit of the Chicago Urban League.
Tickets to the event were sold by the Leaguers of the CUL, and the show became their most successful fund raiser ever.
"Harmony" showcased the fashion creations of some 50 New York and Chicago designers. A special presentation "Avon Presents Harmony" aired later in the summer on the Black Entertainment Television network.
