I have the honor to forward herewith, Bill for Printing at Clarion Office.

The Circulars were Proclamations of President, 7 & 9 of Col Thomas, in pamphlet form.

Chaplain Smith was here, and is now down in Clark & Jasper Counties. I have heard from him in Enterprise & Quitman and is giving universal satisfaction to the Citizens I think.

Q M Department has stopped giving transportation to Freedmen here, from an order from Q M General
