I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of telegram of 17" Inst. Transportation was suspended to Freedmen ^[[insertion]] Officers [[/insertion]] & employees of Freedmens Bureau in Circular, 6, from, Dept Hd Qrs which was founded on an order from Q M Generals Office.

The Chaplain returned to Jasper Co. on Friday night and will not return ^[[insertion]] here [[/insertion]] before Wednesday morning. I will try and have transportation so as not to delay him if he wishes to continue on the train to Macon
