It will be absolutely necessary that we have a Physician at this Post this Winter.

There are perhaps a dozen cases in the City of persons who are not able to pay a Physician and the Number is gradually increasing

Dr. Tindall, a resident Physician has been treating most of these cases but complains that the thing is becoming rather burdensome. And begs for relief. The Doctor propose to take a Contract to treat all
