Cloudy-Snow OCTOBER 16 35

Up at 0730A. Worked all day at the lab getting supplies from the A.C. Supply. Lt. Dolanisky said that none of us can work in the lab nights. I argued with him but it didn't change his mind. He is afraid one of us will bring a W.A.A.F. in the lab at night. I was a little perturbed so I ask him if his conscience bothered him. That settled the whole thing. We started to drill but it began to snow so we quit. Quite a blizzard high wind and wet snow. Worked on my lesson in English all night. I have it just about ready to send in. Have about sixty ships on the line waiting for good weather to make the jump to Ireland. Read awhile and went to bed about 0015A. Practiced Schuberts Serenade today. Beautiful.
