Tuesday

6.30 AM. Snowing fiercely and has been for some time.
Wind a little from the east but very light.
Fire yet in our heater.
8 AM. Wind & snowstorm from N.W. a Blizzard with strong wind up to 1 PM. Then mist all afternoon.
Working on house for America.
Gave the men a concert in evening which was enjoyed by all. 
Snowed about 3''.
I played on the Phonograph  "Good old summer time" for the men when they came to dinner in a fierce snowstorm which was received well & with a harty [hearty] encore.
