Governors and such additional provisions submitted by Wings as are found to be in consonance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the OX5 Club of America and are approved by the National Board of Governors. Revisions or amendments to a Wing Constitution or By-Laws are invalid unless approved by the National Board of Governors.

Section 5. Each chartered Wing shall have a Board of Governors consisting of not less than five (5) members which may include the Wing officers.


Section 1. This Constitution may be amended only by a vote in which two-thirds (2/3) of the current, paid up members participate. Voting members may be present in person or cast their ballot by proxy at a regular or special meeting called for that purpose. A simple majority of the votes cast will authorize or reject adoption of any motion to amend.

Section 2. No proposition to amend this Constitution will be acted upon at an Annual Reunion of the Club unless it shall have been presented in writing to the Secretary, signed by a minimum of twenty-five (25) members in good standing, or by a minimum of ten (10) members of the Board of Governors, and a notice embodying the purport of the proposed amendment or amendments shall have been given to each member of the Club in good standing, which notice shall be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the Annual Reunion. Publication of proposed amendments in the official publication of the Club thirty (30) days in advance of the Annual Reunion shall be deemed to be in compliance with this section.


Section 1. National Reunions of the entire membership shall be held annually between August 15th and September 15th of each year unless the National Board of Governors shall determine that an earlier or later date is in the best interests of the Club.

Section 2. The place of the next Annual Reunion shall be determined by the membership at the previous Annual Reunion or by the National Board of Governors if so instructed by the membership at that Reunion.

Section 3. The National Reunions shall constitute the legislative body of the OX5 Club of America. Each member in attendance or represented by proxy shall be entitled to one (1) vote.

Section 4. Meetings other than the Annual Reunion may be called by the President, or by the Secretary, upon being so directed in writing by a majority of the National Governors providing all members are notified not less than 30 days in advance of the date of such meeting.

Section 5. For general business or amendments to the By-Laws, a quorum shall consist of ten percent (10%) of the "current" membership.

Section 6. At all meetings of the Club  the National President shall preside and the National Secretary shall act as Secretary. In the absence of the National President, the presiding officer shall be either the First, Second or Third Vice President in that order of priority. In the
