Mildred Morgan of Beverly Hills, Cal., crashed in an alfalfa field near El Paso when her gasoline supply was exhausted.  Mrs. Morgan's hip was slightly injured and her passenger, Mrs. Valentine Sprague, suffered minor injury to her knee.  The plane was badly damaged when it tipped over on its noes and back after striking a bank.  Mrs. Morgan will continue the trip to Cleveland in the morning riding in the official press ship of the derby flight.

The flyers will take off from El Paso at 8:40 a.m. tomorrow, landing at Boswell, N. M., for lunch.  They will leave Boswell for Lubbock, Tex., the night control point, at 1:10 p.m., (mountain time.)
