21 Convent Ave., N. Y. City,
April 2, 1914

Mr. Mortimer Delano,
Secretary, Aero Club of America,
Madison Ave.& 41st St.,
N. Y. City.

My dear Mr. Delano:
In regards to his Excellency, SeƱor Manuel Estrada
Cabrera, President of the Republic of Guatemala, whom I proposed to become a member of our Club, I may say, in my opinion he is well qualified to join our Club, considering the great interest he has taken in the development of the science of aerial navigation as shown from his efforts as an Executive of a Republic to organize an Aero Corps which is to be the first in Central America.
Trusting that the above will be of satisfaction to the Membership Committee, I remain,

Very Sincerely yours,

S.S. Jerwan
