In view of the fact that my firm and I feel confident that you will see our position, we have deposited your check and have placed the funds in a special account since we could not accept the same under your version of the transaction and since the return thereof would not have been a step forewards in concluding the transaction, as is evident from the fact that we previously returned checks which you sent us and as yet the matter has not been concluded.

However, my firm does hereby repeat its offer made twice previously, should you wish to rescind the entire transaction, that within a reasonable time you will notify us of that decision [[strikethrough]] and be [[/strikethrough]] ^[[when we shall make]] make arrangements to pick up the tapestry and [[strikethrough]] to [[/strikethrough]] refund the monies to you.
