Dear Mr. Levy:

I received the Catena portrait from my truckman in good order and thank you very kindly for loaning me same for my exhibition. If you have a photograph or two of it, I would like very much to have it.

We have arranged everything for the exhibit. The Right Reverend Monsignor Haberlin, Vicar-General of the Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, will attend with the Governor and his Staff on the opening. Mrs. Henry Lee Higginson will pour tea. I believe it will be one of the most outstanding exhibitions Boston has had for some time.

Several fine Boston families are loaning me there Italian Renaissance paintings. There will not be a great many as I do not want to overdo it, but those I shall have recorded in Berenson's books and paintings hardly anyone in Boston has seen.

Thank you for sending the Catena. I appreciated very much. Enclosed is a receipt for same.

With kind personal regards, I am

Sincerely,
