March 3rd., 1938.

My dear Mr. Castano:

Your letter of March 1st., addressed to Mr. Levy has been opened by me in the latter's absence.

I am glad to read of the social prominence the opening of your exhibition will have, and do hope that the results will be commensurate with it's social success.

At your request, I am sending you a photograph of our painting.

Would you be kind enough to let me know on what date your exhibition is to close, so that I will know approximately, at what time to expect this painting back in New York.

I am,

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Seligmann)
