Dear Mr. Seligmann,

The picture was returned safely yesterday, and I must say I am delighted to have it back. It was most disappointing to me not to see the exhibition, which I have heard greatly praised, especially by my friends Mrs. Reford and Miss Brownell, who both saw it.

Thank you very much for your notes and please thank your cousin as well. I am hoping to come in soon to see what you may have on exhibition.

Yours very sincerely,

Mr. Georges E. Seligmann.
