Dear Miss Adlow:

Both Mr. Seligman and I are sorry not to have seen you yesterday, as we have always enjoyed your visits with us.

However, following your requests for photographs of our Odilon Redons, you will find the following herewith: (The numbers correspond to the listing in the catalogue which you already have)

No. 2 (Pastel) LA BARQUE

No.13 (Pastel) A LA DERIVE

No.25 (Drawing) PROFIL SUR FONDS DE FEUILLAGE

No.30 (Drawing) OMBRE FT LUMIERE

May I call your attention to some of the points relating to this exhibition: It is one of the Rare exhibitions of Redon's works to have been organized. It enables visitors to see that the artist carried out compositions on other themes than the familiar flowers - which does not of course detract in any way from the beauty of his flowers. And it calls attention to the fact that wonderfully colorful and luminous compositions were executed after Redon's sixtieth birthday!
