November 2, 1946

Dear Mr. ^[[& Mrs]] Colin:

Please be advised that our exhibition, "1910-12 The Climactic Years in Cubism", to which you lent us your paintings by PICASSO "Le Rameur" and "La Table de Toilette" will close, as originally planned, on November 6, 1946, and unless we hear from you to the contrary we are making the necessary arrangements to return your pictures on November 8, 1946.

I wish to take advantage of these lines to express my sincere gratitude for your generous loan, which contributed so much to the success of this exhibition, which, I am happy to say, created a great deal of interest as evidenced by a splendid attendance and numerous reviews in newspapers and magazines.

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Seligman)
