Gentlemen:

We wish to thank you for your letter of December 4, and an exhibition sometime in April, after your exhibition is over will be satisfactory to us for Mr. Eby's.

It would be our suggestion that we start the exhibition here probably a week after you close in New York, which would allow enough time for transportation.

If, therefore, you will let me know when your exhibition ends, we will set a definite date for Providence.

Very truly yours,
TILDEN-THURBER
