Have just learned from Mr. Crosby that a picture of his, Atlantic Coast, would be on display next month in your galleries. I am very fond on this particular picture and understand that it is for sale for seventy five dollars ($75.00) so please find enclosed check for that amount and as soon as you can please foreward me this picture. 

It can either be sent to me at this address or to my home. 1757 K St., N. W. Washington, D.C.

It is my desire that I can get up to New York during the exhibition. Thanking you in advance I remain,
