The vouchers concerning which you write under the date of Aug 24th expenses to and from Onslow County June 20 00/100 and R L Selleck hire of flat boat in Aug 1866 $10 00/100 have not reached this office.  On the 20th of November last I paid into the hand of Col Moore New Bern the amount of a Voucher in in Jan of R L Selleck, hire of Sloop Sum of $8 00/100 which is the only one. in that name presented for payment.
