Proposes to erect 36 of the buildings near Lincoln Depot, to be used as tenements, in a good workmanlike manner including carpenter's work, brick work, plastering, painting &c, for eight hundred and twenty doll's ($820.00) each, satisfactory sureties being given for the faithful performance of the contract.  Money to be advanced monthly as the work progresses to the satisfaction of the parties interested
