  After a few minutes by candellight, our bedroom light suddenly came on, although the generator had stopped.  This was a battery-run light, a fact which explained why we had two bulbs, side-by-side the ceiling. I quickly finished packing and, that ours was the only light on the [[feyenda?]], I turned it off and went to bed by candle. Used the good hammock for a last delightful sleep on the porch. The air was velvety and there was a cooling breeze that soon had me covered by my sheet.

  The turkeys aroused us just before sunrise. These do v. little gobbling; instead they have a high-pitched wail, repeated over and over. We got up about six what's the sky just alight. We were essentially ready eve, so we walked around a bit; found no Coffee ready at 6:30.  Explore the flowery tree for birds, found the same large swallow-tailed humming bird, and took a picture of the [[harvera?]] nest, the breezy "lakeside" shelters, and of a lizard concealed against the bark of a tree.

  Coffee at ~ 7:40 and Lou discussed the to -- whether to tio each aid separately of leave it all on. Sr. Aristides.  I wrongly imagined we had bas service from a lot of people and advised the latter, which he did.  I had second thoughts, too late, when la [[Senbara?]], who had cooked for us and tidied our room and brought in our laundry from the rain, appeared at our door just as I was leaving.
