taurant Man Met Injuries.

An Autopsy was held yesterday by County Physician Jones, Dr. Paul M. Mecray and Dr. English in the case of Joseph Singer, the restaurant keeper, of 2210 Broadway, Camden, who died Friday night in Cooper Hospital. It was found that death was caused by concussion of the brain. 

City detective John Painter, who made an investigation of the cause of Singer's injuries and learned that he had been struck by a trolly car of the Camden Gloucster & Woodbury Railway Com-pany in front of his place Sun-day morning. 

He had been taken to Cooper Hospital, but was in such a condition that the physicians could not find out what was the matter with him and he was locked up on a charge of being intoxicated. Later, he found unconscious in a cell at the city jail and was taken back to the hospital, where he remained until his death. 

MRS. STEPHANY DEAD

Aged Widow of Camden Business Man Victim of Cancer.

Mrs. Margaretta Stephany, widow of George P. Stephany, died suddenly yes-terday at her home at 340 Federal Street, Camden, of cancer of the stomach.
